1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Veraly (“Service”, “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, including:

  • Paying users: Independent providers, agencies, and assistants.
  • Non-paying users (clients): Individuals submitting booking requests through forms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Veraly is a platform designed for independent providers, agencies, and assistants (“paying users”) to manage and screen client booking submissions.

Key functionality includes:

  • Intake forms where clients (non-paying users) submit booking requests and upload personal information.
  • Automatic formatting checks to ensure clean, structured client data.
  • Dashboards and calendars for providers to review, approve, and manage bookings.
  • Data exports (CSV, Excel, calendar) for provider records.
  • Booking conflict warnings to prevent scheduling errors.

Important: Veraly does not verify client identity or legitimacy. It is a screening aid only.

Paying users cannot modify any client-submitted content. Their role is limited to reviewing and managing submitted data.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, all users must be at least 18 years old. You represent and warrant that you:

  • Are legally permitted to use this platform.
  • Are not using the platform on behalf of a bot, automated system, or underage individual.

Veraly bans the use of bots and automated scripts. Clients submitting data on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.

4. Account and Access (Paying Users Only)

Paying users must register using a valid email and secure password. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@veraly.io. Deletion may result in permanent loss of associated data.

5. User Responsibilities

Paying users agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse or publicly disclose client-submitted data.
  • Not resell, replicate, or exploit Veraly's service or code.

Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and act on screening data.

Paying users do not upload any content to the platform. All client data is submitted by the clients themselves.

6. Client Responsibilities (Non-Paying Users)

By submitting a booking request via Veraly, clients agree to:

  • Only submit truthful and lawful information.
  • Not impersonate others or submit data on behalf of anyone else.
  • Be of legal age (18+).
  • Consent to their data being shared with the provider they are booking.
  • Not submit illegal, obscene, harmful, or unauthorized content.

Veraly does not review or monitor client submissions and does not run automated filters or checks on uploaded content. Responsibility for any submitted content rests solely with the client. Veraly disclaims all liability for unlawful or unauthorized uploads.

Client-submitted files are automatically deleted from Veraly's system after 7 days. Clients cannot request early deletion of their data.

7. Data Collection and Use

Veraly collects and processes personal data submitted by clients, including but not limited to:

  • Name, phone number, age, ethnicity.
  • Business website or profile.
  • Uploaded photos, IDs, and selfies.

This data is submitted voluntarily by clients and accessed only by the designated paying user. Veraly:

  • Verifies input format only (e.g., phone format, file type).
  • Does not guarantee accuracy, identity, or client legitimacy.
  • Logs approval status and calendar activity from provider accounts.
  • Allows export of submitted data for record-keeping.

Veraly is not responsible for how providers use client-submitted data. Providers are solely responsible for interpreting and acting upon it.

8. Subscription & Payments

Veraly is offered on a subscription basis:

  • $25/month via Stripe.
  • Subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
  • Providers can cancel anytime through their account dashboard.

9. Refund Policy

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase. Refunds after that period are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform or email.

11. Limitation of Liability

Veraly LLC is not liable for:

  • The behavior, intent, or identity of any client.
  • Loss of income, business, or bookings.
  • Provider misinterpretation of exported data or ignored schedule warnings.
  • Any content uploaded by clients.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under Florida jurisdiction.
