1. Information We Collect

Veraly collects two types of information:

a. From Clients (non-paying users):

• Full name.
• Phone number.
• Age and ethnicity.
• Uploaded images (e.g., selfies, ID photos).
• Business profile or website.

b. From Providers (paying users):

• Email address and password (hashed).
• Booking decisions (approve/reject).
• Calendar data, including schedule edits.

Paying users do not upload or submit data. All content is submitted by clients.

2. How We Use Data

We use this data to:

• Facilitate booking submissions and display them to providers.
• Validate form inputs (e.g., phone number format, image types).
• Maintain booking history and calendar views.
• Allow data export for provider records.
• Log usage to improve platform reliability.
• Cross-reference submission data (phone number, email, name) across providers for fraud detection and safety screening.

We do not:

• Sell user data.
• Share data with third parties for marketing.
• Share personally identifiable client information between providers (only aggregate patterns are flagged).

Veraly does not control or monitor how providers use client-submitted data.

3. Data Access and Retention

• Only the provider who received the client submission can access that data.
• Files submitted by clients are automatically deleted after 7 days.
• Clients cannot request deletion or edits to submitted content.
• Providers may request account deletion by contacting contact@veraly.io.
• Aggregate, anonymized submission patterns may be used to flag suspicious activity to providers.
• Providers may contribute to and view a community blacklist. Blacklist notes are shared anonymously between providers; no provider identities are disclosed.

4. Data Security

• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
• Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.
• Sensitive submissions are stored with strict access controls.

5. Your Rights

• Clients may withdraw consent by not using the booking form.
• Providers may request correction or deletion of their accounts.

Veraly LLC is a screening aid only. We do not:

• Guarantee the identity, safety, or legitimacy of any client.
• Investigate, vet, or certify uploaded information.
• Provide legal or compliance advice.
• Monitor or control what clients upload.

Users are solely responsible for interpreting data and making booking decisions. Responsibility for uploaded content rests solely with the submitting client. Misuse of client data or screening outcomes may result in account termination.
